Indulekha (Indu) brings over a decade of international healthcare experience to H & H Living, combining clinical expertise with a deep commitment to quality, dignity, and person-centred care.
Originally from Kerala, India, Indu began her healthcare journey with a strong foundation in compassionate service before moving to Canada in 2012. There, she advanced through progressive leadership roles as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), and Director of Care, gaining extensive experience in clinical operations, quality improvement, and healthcare management.
Throughout her career, Indu has worked closely with individuals, families, and care teams, developing a deep understanding of the importance of safe, reliable, and culturally responsive care. Her experience has reinforced her passion for strengthening clinical standards, improving care outcomes, and building systems that support both those who receive care and those who provide it.
As Clinical Quality Consultant at H & H Living, Indu leads the organisation’s quality and clinical governance initiatives, ensuring that services are guided by evidence-based practices, continuous improvement, and the highest standards of safety and accountability.
Driven by a vision to bring global best practices to India while respecting local values and family-centred care traditions, Indu is dedicated to helping H & H Living create a trusted care ecosystem. Her focus is on empowering care providers, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring every individual receives dignified, dependable care delivered with compassion and excellence.
